What is my role as your coach?

  • I help you not only discover but APPLY your individual strengths in order to achieve the goals you set for yourself or the challenges you face.
  • Our sessions consist of my asking you powerful, open-ended questions to guide you on focusing on your goals and values and how to effectively leverage your strengths in achieving your goals.
  • As you focus on your goals and values, you will strategize a plan for achieving your goals, focusing on using your strengths to help you.
  • I do not judge you.
  • I do not tell you what you should or should not be doing.
  • I assist you in becoming aware of and leveraging your individual strengths and help you come up with a plan to use them to overcome whatever obstacles are challenging you.
